large room, everything was excellent. in general the staff were helpful and amicable. the breakfast had lots of selection, the food was yummy. the hotel's position was magnificent and unbeatable, not far from walls around the lounge area, hospital and supermarket.

Great apartment, had everything we needed, even a washing machine and dryer.

The hotel offers a peaceful and comfortable setting, conveniently located near a fantastic bakery. It's just a short walk to the pier and the main shopping area, including the shopping center, supermarkets, bottle shops, takeaways.

The accommodation offered everything we required - seperate bedrooms, fully fitted kitchen, comfortable lounge area, laundry facilities. Reception were very helpful. Reasonable basic accommodation in a quiet area. The walk to the central area along the esplanade was pleasant, although quite a distance for the less fit, but parking was available (meters).

The apartment furnishings, decor & facilities were a little old-fashioned and required updating. The external corridors & apartment doors were rather dirty.

We had a great time staying in rooms surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden. the space felt really airy, and it had all the facilities we needed. 🌿.

Price and location were good, esp for anyone happy to walk 15 mins into the city along the the Esplanade. It is also located close to the airport and main highways. Very handy.

We got a very heavy-handed letter from management for putting 2 towels on the balcony to dry. It was against house rules, which is fair enough, but the tone of the letter was totally excessive relative to the infraction. It left a bit of a bad taste.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Cairns. I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were reasonable and I felt like I got a lot for what I paid. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The hotel was situated in a beautifully maintained garden, which added to its overall charm. Additionally, the staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were well-appointed with modern furnishings. I particularly enjoyed the second bedroom which had a lovely view of the garden. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it.

All in all, everything was okay and I couldn't find any major issues.

Great stay! Loved the amenities offered, including the pool and kitchen facilities in the room. The location was fantastic, close to the major shopping area and transportation hub. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a grocery store and food outlets nearby.

The cleanliness of the room could have been improved. We noticed the presence of hand and feet marks on many walls and splatters on doors and walls.

Quiet, clean, well-equipped, comfortable beds, good location.
